Loosen the two tensioner mounts

Slacken timing belt

Use a screwdriver (4) at (a) to tilt the tensioner support plate (5)

Lock the nut (3) when the support plate is at the end of its travel in the slot.

Remove the timing belt.
IMPORTANT
-
Handling of the timing belt should be done with great care.
-
Never bring the belt in contact with oil or greasy substances.
-
Never make the belt bow to an arc of less than 60 mm diameter.
