INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR 1987 ANTI-THEFT RADIO IN PREVIOUS 505 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES
The 1987 anti-theft radio manufactured by Alpine to Peugeot specifications may be adapted to 1984, 1985, and 1986 505 model year vehicles.
1986 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES

Use adapter wire P.N. 0035.67 with the heat shrink tubing installed over the 6.35 mm female terminal. Route the wire from the radio cavity over
the left side of the console to the instrument light dimmer in the lower dash panel. Remove wire #25 from the dimmer. Install the piggyback
connector onto the dimmer. Then connect wire #25 and the adapter wire to the piggyback connector.
1984 and 1985 MODEL YEAR VEHICLES

Route adapter wire, P.N. 0035.67 from the radio cavity up the right inner side of the console and over the top of the heater concealer to the
accessory power board. Locate one of the connectors on the top of the board which has pin 6 open and insert 6.35 mm female terminal into this
opening.

The radio opening in the 1984-85 console is thinner than in the 1986-87 console. Install adapters as shown below. These adapters are packaged
with each radio.
