Type 1 Pump Service

DISASSEMBLY
1.
Remove pump upper cover attaching screws, then the cover and gasket, Fig. 2.
2.
Remove springs, valves and seals from diaphragm cover.
3.
Mark position of inlet and outlet lines on pump, then disconnect the lines.
4.
Mark relationship between diaphragm cover and pump body for assembly reference, then remove attaching screws and the cover.
