Whenever the replacement of a timing cover P/N 0318.77 is required on a Turbo Diesel engine 505 or 604 vehicle, the following parts will also have to
be replaced:
Note:
Prior to re-installing a previously used lightweight pulley, check that the contact surfaces are free of burrs - replace pulley that shows
evidence of wear.
Location of Air Deflector and Mounting Points
Warning:
Installation of the air deflector is mandatory on vehicles to be equipped with the 360 mm diameter fan.
