Measure the following oil pump clearances:
a. Endplay should be0.0010 - .00355 inch.
b. Outer rotor specifications. Thickness should be .9435 inch minimum and 2.469 inches minimum diameter. Install outer rotor with chamfered

edge in pump body.

c. Clearance between rotors should be .008 inch maximum.
d. Outer rotor clearance should be .014 inch maximum.
e. Oil pump cover clearance should be .003 inch maximum.
f.

Oil pressure relief valve spring free length should be 1.95 inches.
