When trying to find the diagram for a specific component or system, use the Group Index information or the Alphabetic Index to Wiring Diagrams
under Electrical
Whenever a reference exists to another sheet or figure, find the corresponding diagram using the Group Index, Diagrams By Sheet Number, or
Diagrams By Figure Number. The reference number for the subsequent diagram will match a listed group shown.
How to Read Harness Configuration Diagrams
1. Classification Symbols of wiring Harness Configuration Diagrams
A wiring harness configuration diagram shows in a really arranged style the laid condition of each wiring harness. The wiring harnesses are shown,
classified as follows, depending on their locations.
2. Connector Identification Symbols
A connector identification symbol consists of a wiring harness location classification symbol corresponding to each wiring harness location and
number peculiar to the connector. In case a connector is shown in duplication for the sake of convenience in organization of a wiring harness
configuration diagram, the connector identification symbol is given together with that in parentheses by using a classification symbol of other
location. In such a case, both are the same connector.
