Turbocharger: Service and Repair
Installation
1.
Reverse removal procedure for turbocharger installation, noting the following:
a. Torque all turbocharger parts to specifications as shown.
b. Pour clean oil into turbocharger prior to installation of oil line flare nut.
c. Ensure oil and air hoses are correctly installed and securely clamped.
d. Do not reuse heat damaged, corroded or deformed exhaust manifold or turbocharger stainless steel gaskets.
