BRAKE PAD REMOVAL
1.
Raise and support rear of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2.
Remove caliper support dust cover, then disconnect parking brake cable from parking lever and bracket.
3.
Remove retainer clips, then using pliers, remove stopper plugs.
4.
Remove caliper assembly and suspend from chassis using a wire hook to prevent brake hose from becoming damaged.
5.
Remove brake pads from caliper support.
CALIPER REMOVAL
1.
Raise and support rear of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2.
Remove dust cap from caliper bleeder valve, then loosen bleeder valve and allow brake fluid to drain. When draining brake fluid, attach a length
of hose or vinyl tubing to bleeder valve and allow fluid to drain into a suitable container. Do not reuse fluid that has been drained.
3.
Detach brake hose clip, then disconnect brake hose from caliper.
4.
Disconnect parking brake cable from lever and bracket.
5.
Remove retainer clips, then using pliers, remove stopper plugs.
6.
Remove caliper assembly.
