SYMPTOM/CONDITION
If the outside windshield moulding on subject model vehicle is damaged or loose in any way it should be replaced using the following parts and repair
procedure.
PARTS REQUIRED
Urethane Kit, PN 4267906, consisting of:
1 - 11.0 Oz. Tube Polyurethane 1 - 1 Oz. Metal Fence Primer 1 - 1 Oz. Glass Primer Wipe Off 1 - 1 Oz. Glass Primer Blackout 3 - Dabbers 1 - Nozzle 1

REPAIR PROCEDURE
Removal
1.
Install protective tape to both glass and body to prevent damage. Using a small screwdriver, remove the corner joint mouldings and discard.

Using the same screwdriver, pry up the end of the moulding and carefully peel it out of its groove (Figure 1).
NOTE:
IN SOME AREAS IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO USE A KNIFE OR OTHER SHARP INSTRUMENT TO AID IN
MOULDING REMOVAL. DISCARD MOULDING
