1.

Remove approximately 1/3 of brake fluid from master cylinder.

2.

Raise and support vehicle, then remove tire and wheel assembly.

3.

Loosen parking brake cable at lever underneath console, then disconnect cable from caliper.

4.

Remove lock pin then lift caliper body upward and secure with wire.

5.

Remove inner and outer shims, brake pad assemblies and pad clips from support mounting.

6.

Press caliper piston into caliper bore with suitable tool.

7.

Install upper and lower pad clips, pad assemblies and inner and outer shims into support mounting.

8.

Lower caliper body, then install lock pin.

9.

Depress brake pedal several times to seat pads, then check and replenish brake fluid as necessary.

10.

Connect parking brake cable, then install wheel and tire assembly and lower vehicle.

11.

Adjust parking brake cable, refer to adjustment PROCEDURES/PARKING BRAKE CABLE.
