Thermostat: Service and Repair
1.
Drain engine coolant into a suitable container.
2.
Disconnect upper radiator hose.

Remove water outlet fitting and the thermostat.

Reverse procedure to install, ensuring jiggle valve on thermostat is aligned with mark on thermostat housing.
