Remove the defroster nozzle, left and right defroster ducts and discard. (See Figure 1)

3.

Install the new defroster nozzle, left defroster duct and, right defroster duct to the instrument panel.

4.

Install the instrument panel.

5.

Check for proper operation of the heater/defroster system.

Procedure For Floor Air Repair

1.

Remove the drivers side floor duct.

2.

Remove the passenger side floor duct and discard.

3.

Remove the distribution duct in accordance with the appropriate service manual.

4.

Remove the heater control wire from the heater assembly. (See Figure 2)

5.

Remove the screw from link "A" and remove the link.
