With the propane still flowing, adjust idle speed screw to obtain specified enriched rpm shown below. "Fine tune" the
propane metering valve again to obtain the highest engine rpm. If there has been a change in the enriched rpm, readjust the
idle speed screw to obtain the specified enriched rpm.

NOTE:

a.   First 300 miles/after 300 miles.

Turn off the propane main valve and allow engine speed to stabilize.

Slowly adjust the idle mixture screw to obtain the specified curb idle speed.

Recheck maximum enriched idle speed again by using the propane metering valve. If the enriched speed varies by more than
25 rpm than the specified enriched rpm, perform Steps 11 through 14 above.

Turn off both valves and remove the propane bottle and hose.

17.

Reconnect the O2 sensor wire previously disconnected in Step 5 above.

18.

Reinstall the idle mixture concealment plug removed in Step 1 above.

19.

Hook up the fresh air duct to the air cleaner.

20.

Road test vehicle to insure all systems are operating normally.
