Steering Wheel: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove steering wheel horn pad, then remove steering wheel to column shaft attaching nut.
3. Using a suitable puller, remove steering wheel.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Torque steering wheel to column shaft attaching nut to 25-33 lb-ft.
