Crankshaft Position Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVAL:
1.
Unclip the two clips holding the distributor cap to the housing, and lift the cap and set aside.
2.
Disconnect all distributor wiring connectors.
3.
Remove the distributor hold-down nut.
4.
Gently slide the distributor form the cylinder head.

DISASSEMBLY:
1.
Lightly clamp the distributor in a vise equipped with soft jaws.
2.
Pull off the rotor from the rotor shaft.
3.
Remove the packing rubber.
4.
Lift off the cover.
