Install the improved harness, PN MB530853, as an overlay on the existing harness. Torque the alternator attach nut to 30 kg.cm. or 84 inch
pounds.
5.
Reinstall the relay box cover and battery tray.
6.
Check to be sure there is no harness interference with the battery tray or the relay cover, and install the battery.
7.
Start the vehicle and be sure the charging system is working properly.
