Remove all the wires from the throttle body 6-way connector (Figures 1 and 2). Note location of each wire for correct reinstallation (Figure 3).

Thoroughly clean the throttle body connector of all grease using Mopar Brake and Carburetor Parts Cleaner, PN 4318037.

Thoroughly clean the two A.I.S. motor wire terminals of grease.
5.
Blow dry connector with compressed air.
6.
Remove the old throttle position sensor from the throttle body. Make sure the sensor "O" ring does not stay in opening of throttle body. If it does,
remove it and discard.
7.
Install throttle position sensor.
