Leaf Spring & Bushing Replace

REPLACE

1. Support rear axle, relieving tension from spring.
2. Disconnect shock absorber from lower mounting.
3. Remove U-bolts and spring plate, or lower spring seat isolator retainer and isolator.
4. Remove spring front hanger to body mount bracket nuts.
5. Remove rear shackle bolts, lower spring, thus pulling spring front hanger bolts out of holes.
6. Remove front hanger and rear shackle from spring. To replace pivot bushings. Bushing replacement is accomplished in one operation.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
