Heater Core: Service and Repair
Heater Core Removal and Installation

1.

Remove rear heat-a/c unit.See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair

2.

Remove rear unit top cover.

3.

Remove the heater core by carefully lifting it straight up and out of the rear unit.

4.

Reverse procedure to reinstall.
