Place the revised cowl cover (P/N 4716284) into position on the vehicle.
14.
Open the hood and connect the washer hose to the right washer nozzle.
15.
Install a screw (P/N 153832) at each end of the cowl cover into the brackets installed in step 12.
16.
Install the 4 wing nuts holding the front of the cowl cover to the wiper module then latch the hood closed.
17.
Engage the 2 quarter turn fasteners located near the wiper pivots.
18.
Install the 4 screws in the grille portion of the cowl cover attaching it to the wiper module.
19.
Verify the wiper motor and linkage are in the parked position.
20.
Place the wiper arm in position over the wiper pivot, refer to Figure 4 for proper alignment.
21.
Install and torque the nut attaching the wiper arm to the pivot to 26 ft. lbs. (35 Nm).
22.
Push the arm cover down into position.
23.
Repeat steps 20 thru 22 to install the other wiper arm.
