Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Evaporator Core Replacement

In order to replace the evaporator core, you must first remove the evaporator case.Refer to: "Housing Assembly HVAC : Service and Repair" See:
Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair

1. Place HVAC unit assembly on workbench.

Distribution Housing

2. Remove distribution housing mounting screws.

Blower Motor Cover

3. Remove blower motor cover.
