Remove the screw attaching the plunger assembly to the sliding door and separate the plunger assembly from the door.

8.

Install revised plunger assembly (P/N 4707744), refer to the illustration for proper wire routing and retention of the plunger wiring to the door.
Use the screw removed in step 7 to attach the plunger assembly to the door and connect the wiring connector to the sliding door power lock motor.

9.

Install the sliding door trim panel and engage the lower rear portion of the sliding door upper frame trim to the door.

10.

Repeat steps 1 through 9 for the left sliding door, if equipped. Use revised plunger assembly P/N 4707745 for the left door.
