Verify the 4 tabs under the liftgate opening are still engaged.
11.
Install the 3 screws holding the rear fascia in each wheel well area.
12.
Install 4 rivets (P/N 6500911) to attaching the bottom of the rear fascia to the rear bumper/fascia support.
13.
Lower the vehicle and close the liftgate.
