Circuit Breaker: Testing and Inspection

NOTE:  Perform SWITCH VOLTAGE TEST, and verify that the battery is fully charged before starting this test.

Locate the circuit breaker (in the fuse box) and connect the positive lead of a voltmeter to the light green terminal.  Connect the other lead of the
voltmeter to a good ground and check that there is battery voltage.

If battery voltage is not present, connect the voltmeter to the other (battery) side of the circuit breaker and check for battery voltage.

3.

If battery voltage is present, the circuit breaker is defective and needs to be replaced.  If battery voltage is not present, check for an open wire in
the harness.
