1.

Open the sliding door and determine the location where the overslam bumper will be installed on the sliding door. Refer to the illustration.

2.

Clean the surface of the sliding door where the overslam bumper will be installed with isopropyl alcohol or similar cleaner.

3.

Peel off the backing from the overslam bumper and stick it on the sliding door.

4.

Touch-up any paint chips on the sliding door and adjacent area of the "B"-post as necessary.

5.

Repeat steps 1 through 4 for the other sliding door if equipped.
