Oil Pan: Service and Repair
Oil pan to crankcase sealing is provided with Mopar (R) Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant or equivalent gasket material.
Oil Pan Sealing
1. Apply sealant as shown in image.
Oil Pan Screw Tightening Sequence
2. Install pan and tighten screws to 6 Nm (50 inch lbs.) in sequence shown in image.
