Turn Signal Flasher: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
1. Remove lower steering column cover.
2. Remove knee blocker.
3. Pull combination flasher from junction block.
INSTALLATION
1. Push combination flasher to junction block.
2. Install knee blocker.
3. Install lower steering column cover.
