Harness Inspection
Step 1
TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
When short-circuit or wire breakage occurs in the closed throttle position switch circuit, there may be a shock according to the opening degree of
the accelerator during deceleration.
Sensor Inspection
1. Disconnect the closed throttle position switch connector.
2. Check the continuity between terminal (1) and sensor ground.
Accelerator pedal Continuity
Depressed
Non-conductive (Infiniti Ohms)
Released
Conductive (0 Ohms)
3. If out of specification, replace the closed throttle position switch.
