If the resistance is above 1 ohm, remove the PCM and perform the following steps:

A.

Remove one PCM corner screw at a time, then insert back into the hole, and torque to 6.8 Nm (60 in. lbs.). This will work the screw through
the paint creating a better ground.

B.

Repeat for remaining three screws.
