2.2L Rampage & Scamp - Automatic & Manual Transmission

Install the following parts:

1 - Main Metering Jet

PN 4131173

1 - Vacuum Reducer Package

PN 4293794

^

Install the Primary Main Metering Jet, PN 4131173, using procedures outlined in the service manual.

^

Install the Vacuum Reducer Package, PN 4293794, using the installation procedure attached.

^

Revise engine speeds as outlined below:

Install the following parts:

2 - Secondary Metering Jets

PN 3744772

1 - Step-Up Spring

PN 3621172

1 - EGR Valve

PN 4287675

Replace the Secondary Metering Jets, PN 3744772 - two required, using the procedure outlined in the service manual.

^

Replace the Step-Up Spring, PN 3621172, using the following procedure:

1.

Remove the step-up piston cover plate attaching screw and cover plate.

2.

Remove the rod connecting the choke shafts.
