11. Pull upward on the tire. Reach into the tire and remove the pressure transmitter from inside the tire.
CAUTION:

Protective sleeves are to be used on the tire irons to protect the wheel from damage when dismounting the tire

When dismounting the bottom bead of the tire from the wheel, the tire iron must be positioned on the bead block of the tire changer.
12. Using the tire iron, position the bottom bead of the tire onto the bead block of the tire changer. When dismounting the bottom bead from the wheel,
be sure that the bottom bead of the tire opposite of the bead block, is in the well of the wheel.
13. Remove the tire from the wheel.
Inspection
1. Inspect the tire to determine the cause for the loss in air pressure.
2. Determine if the cause for the loss in air pressure is in an area of the tire which can be repaired.
3. If it is determined that the tire can be repaired, the tire must first be inspected for any damage that may have occurred from the vehicle being driven
with the tire in a low pressure or no pressure condition.
Mounting
NOTE: The extended mobility tires used on this vehicle have side walls which are much stiffer then the side walls on conventional tires. For this reason,
the tires are much more difficult to mount then a conventional tire. Following the steps in this mounting procedure, no matter what manufactures tire
changing equipment is used, will make mounting the tire as easy as possible. Following the steps in this procedure will also greatly reduce the chance of
damaging a wheel when mounting a tire.
CAUTION: When mounting the extended mobility tire used on this vehicle only a wheel clamp type tire changer can be used. This style of tire changer
is manufactured by companies such as Coats and Hunter. Usage of any other style tire changer will cause damage to the wheel and be potentially
dangerous for the operator to use on an extended mobility tire.
