15. Position the jack stands so they are located between the stabilizer bar attaching links and the lower ball joints on the lower control arms. Lower the
vehicle so that both rear lower control arms are supported by the jack stands and the total weight of the vehicle is supported by the lower control
arms.
16. Tighten the bolt, attaching the trailing link to the isolator bushing in the knuckle to a torque of 162 Nm (120 ft. lbs.).
17. Tighten the bolts, attaching the lateral links to the knuckle to a torque of 108 Nm (80 ft. lbs.).
18. Raise vehicle and remove jack stands from under control arms.
19. Install the wheels and tires.
20. Lower the vehicle so its full weight is supported by the suspension. Apply the park brake and have a helper apply the vehicle brake system to keep
the vehicle from moving.
21. Tighten the stub shaft to hub bearing retaining nut to a torque of 142 Nm (105 ft. lbs.).
22. Tighten the wheel mounting nuts in the proper sequence until all nuts are torqued to half specification. Then repeat the tightening sequence to the
full specified torque of 122 Nm (90 ft. lbs.).
23. Install the center cap on the wheel.
24. Position vehicle on an alignment rack.
25. Correctly measure the vehicles curb height.
26. Check and adjust the vehicle's alignment.
