Release throttle lever and observe engine RPM. Engine fast idle speed should be 950 RPM +/- 50 RPM.
Fast idle speed is adjusted by turning the fast idle speed screw on the under side of the primary throttle lever (Figure 3).
Turning the screw clockwise increases RPM and turning screw counterclockwise decreases RPM.
7.
Remove special tool from throttle lever and reconnect distributor vacuum advance hose at diaphragm.
