9. On bench, remove motor from drive crank.

10. Perform needed service on motor, pivots, links and cranks.

INSTALLATION

1.

Put assembly together after performing needed service.

2.

Install wiper motor, mounting bracket, cranks, pivots and linkage into cowl plenum chamber.

3.

Engage pivots through cowl top mounting holes and loosely install pivot shaft nuts and washers.

4.

Install 3 bolts to motor mounting bracket.

5.

Connect wiper motor wiring harness.

6.

Install wiper motor plastic cover and attach washer hose clip.

7.

Close hood.

8.

Tighten tie down nuts on left and right pivot shafts.

9.

Install and adjust wiper arm assemblies.
