Water Pump: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect battery ground cable.

2.

Drain cooling system.

3.

Disconnect radiator hose, bypass hose, and heater hose from water pump.

4.

Remove drive pulley shield.

5.

Remove locking screw and pivot screws.

6.

Remove drive belt and the water pump from engine.

7.

Reverse procedure to install.
