Install new air intake shield, PN 4462121 (Figure 3).

7.

Clean surface and apply RTV sealer as required to completely seal around the air intake shield mounting screws after installation. Also seal the
outboard top corner of the air intake shield (Figure 3).

8.

Reinstall cowl-plenum grille and windshield wiper arm assemblies.

9.

Water test vehicle to insure leak is corrected.
