Upper Rear Shoulder Belt Installation

From inside of trunk, locate the 7/16" hole (11.1 mm) in the hinge support (Figure 9). Drill a 1/8" (3.18 mm) pilot hole up through the center of
the 7/16" hole and through the shelf panel and shelf trim. Drill left and right sides.
2.
Remove shelf trim panel. Locate the 1/8" pilot holes in bulkhead/shelf panel silencer. Cut away a 2" (50 mm) diameter circle of silencer material at
each hole.
3.
Enlarge the 1/8" holes in the shelf trim panel to 1" (25 mm).
4.
Enlarge the holes in the metal shelf panel and hinge support to 7/16" (11.11 mm) - (Figure 9).
