Install the insulator, PN 4270881, on the outer perimeter of the lead weights as shown in Figure 1.
3.
Reinstall steering wheel assembly and torque nut to 61 N-m (45 foot pounds).
4.
Road test the vehicle to assure that the rattle is fixed.
