Prepare the proper paperwork (EMCR) as shown on pages 9 and 10 upon receiving and installing the exchange radio. Repackage the suspect radio
into the same container the exchange radio was received in, and ship immediately to the Exchange Center.

Notify Exchange Center if radio cannot be returned within 15 days.
NOTE:
FAILING TO RETURN SUSPECT RADIO TO EXCHANGE CENTER WITHIN 15 DAYS, OR FAILING TO SUBMIT
PROPER PAPERWORK, MAY LEAD TO A DEALER CHARGEBACK, AS WELL AS CREATING A SHORTAGE OF
EXCHANGE UNITS.

Prepaid transportation and insurance receipts must be retained by the dealer and the prepaid freight expense submitted, using Labor Operation No.
95-30-00-45, Electronic Component Freight and Insurance, in the sublet area of the repair claim.
