REMOVAL
1.
Remove brake fluid until reservoir is half full.
2.
Raise and support front of vehicle.
3.
Remove wheel and tire assembly.
4.
Remove caliper guide pin.
5.
Remove caliper from disc by sliding caliper assembly out and away from braking disc. Suspend caliper with wire so as not to damage flexible
brake hose.
6.
Remove outboard brake lining, then lift off rotor and remove inboard brake lining.
INSTALLATION
1.
Lubricate adapter ways with suitable grease.
2.
Push piston back into cylinder bore with uniform pressure until it is bottomed.
3.
Position inboard pad on adapter, then install rotor.
4.
While holding outboard pad in position on adapter, carefully position caliper over disc brake rotor.
5.
Lower caliper over rotor and adapter.
6.
Install guide pin through bushing, caliper and adapter.
7.
Press in on guide pin and thread pin into adapter.
8.
Install wheel and tire assembly, then lower vehicle.
