NOTE:
IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE SPECIFIED (FUEL TANK SIZE) APPLICATION KIT BE SELECTED. THE USE OF AN IMPROPER PART
NUMBER KIT MAY CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO RUN OUT OF FUEL WELL BEFORE THE GAUGE READS EMPTY.

Repair Procedure

A.

Engine Compartment Wiring Harness - PN 4331935 & Diode Wiring Jumper PN 4331924

1.

Disconnect the battery.

2.

Remove the engine side of the bulkhead connector. Depress the fingers on the body side of the connector and push it through the hole into the
passenger compartment.

Install the bare eyelet terminal of the engine compartment overlay harness, PN 4331935, to the negative terminal of the ignition coil as shown
in Figure 1-A.

CAUTION:

MAKE SURE THAT THE WIRE END OF THE TERMINAL IS POINTING AWAY FROM THE COIL
SECONDARY TOWER WHEN NUT IS TIGHTENED TO AVOID ARCING.
