Remove the instrument panel steering column cover and lower silencer (optional) (Figure 2-A).

Insert two bare terminals from the instrument panel overlay harness, PN 4331574, into the following vacant cavities of the instrument panel
side of the bulkhead connector (Figure 2-B).

Gray with black tracer wire into cavity #15.
b.
Dark green wire into cavity #16.
