Cruise Control Indicator Lamp: Description and Operation
CIRCUIT OPERATION
The cruise lamp is used to indicate to the operator when the vehicle speed control is ON. The signal to illuminate the lamp is carried over the CCD
Bus from the Body Control Module (BCM).
The BCM receives information on vehicle speed control ON from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) over the CCD Bus. This lamp is also
illuminated, for a few seconds, when the ignition switch is moved from the OFF to RUN position as a bulb check.
