Brake Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair
Dual Function Pressure Switch

1. Depressurize hydraulic accumulator as outlined under "Hydraulic Assembly/Service and Repair."  See: Brake Fluid Accumulator/Service and

Repair/Depressurizing Hydraulic Accumulator 

WARNING:Failure to de-pressurize the hydraulic accumulator, may result in personal injury, or damage to painted surfaces.

2. Raise and support vehicle.
3. Disconnect connectors from dual function pressure switch and boost pressure transducer on bottom of hydraulic assembly.
4. Remove dual function pressure switch using socket tool No. 6607 or equivalent.
5. Reverse procedure to install, torquing switch to 9 ft. lbs.
