1. Place the rear seat back pivot stud to the rear seat pivot point.
2. Install the seat back to the pivot point. Press the seat back into the socket until fully seated.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice  .

3. Install the bolts to the seat back recliner hinges.

Tighten the bolts to 40 Nm (30 lb ft).

4. Install the lower J-hook retainer.
5. Install the trim panel to the seat back. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement   (See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Rear Seat

6. Install the outer trim panel to the seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Outer Trim Panel Replacement (Bucket)   (See: Rear Seat Cushion

7. Inspect the seat back for proper operation.
8. Install the split bench seat. Refer to Rear 50-50 Split Seat Replacement   (See: Service and Repair/Rear 50-50 Split Seat Replacement).
