Heater Core: Service and Repair
With Air Conditioning
Bonneville & Grand Prix
1.
Disconnect negative battery cable.
2.
Discharge air conditioning system and drain cooling system.
3.
Remove both windshield wipers and wiper stops.
4.
Remove cover windshield molding and leaf screens.
5.
Remove lower windshield molding brackets, bolts from upper half of module case, all electrical connections and module cover.
6.
Remove heater core clamp bolt and remove heater core.
7.
Reverse procedure to install.
