CONDITION:
Some 1987-92 Bonneville models may experience a momentary loss of power or hesitation while driving on sweeping right hand curves, such as an exit
ramp, or on hard right turns, when fuel level is below a 1/4 full designation on the fuel gage.
CAUSE:
Vehicles that have the above symptoms may have fuel pumps and strainer assemblies slightly mis-positioned on the tank sending unit, allowing the
strainer to not stay fully submerged in fuel.
