Boost Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Negative battery cable.
2. Boost source and signal hose from solenoid.
3. Electrical connector.
4. Retaining nut.
5. Boost control solenoid.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. Boost control solenoid to bypass actuator bracket.
2. Retaining nut.

Tighten nut to 10 Nm (88 lb. in).

3. Electrical connector.
4. Boost vacuum source and signal hose.
5. Negative battery cable.
