Automatic A/C System (C68 & CJ2)
AIR MIX VALVE ACTUATOR FOR ELECTRONIC A/C (C68)
Remove or Disconnect
-Disable SIR system. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dash Board / Instrument Panel/Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
1. I/P assembly.
2. Temperature valve link rod.
3. Electrical connector.
4. Air mix actuator screws and actuator.
-Adjust temperature valve link rod after installation, refer to "Temperature Valve Link Adjustment" See: Adjustments
Install or Connect
1. Air mix valve actuator and mounting screws.
2. Tighten screws to 1.4 Nm (12 lb.in.).
3. Electrical connector.
4. Temperature valve link rod.
5. I/P assembly.
-Enable SIR system. See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dash Board / Instrument Panel/Air Bag(s) Arming and Disarming
