HOOD CRACKING AROUND PRIMARY LATCH AREA (INSTALL POP-UP SPRING/WELD CRACKS OR REPLACE HOOD)

Condition:
Some owners may experience one, or both, of the following conditions:
1.
The hood may vibrate or flutter when the vehicle is moving; or
2.
The hood will not open when the release handle inside the vehicle is actuated.
Cause:
Excessive loading in the area of the primary hood latch.
